Walnut brings rich patterning to the front of this box. The walnut splines make for a striking contrast with the birch side panels. The top closes with walnut pegs, and the custom-crafted handle sets this box apart.
All the boxes we craft from Daily Zen Woodcraft are hand-finished with a simple blend of beeswax, Brazilian carnauba wax, mineral oil, and orange oil to enhance the natural beauty and depth of grain in all woods, finished and unfinished. Environmentally safe. This allows the rich color of the woods to stand out. We include a sample size of the Feed and Wax we use on each piece to help maintain the luster for years to come.
