Buddhism emphasizes two principles of life: impermanence and that all phenomena are the results of causation and are without permanent or independent substance. In other words, the reality of life changes from moment to moment, and there is no unchanging substance.
Dropping gaining mind in practice is a huge step; in the beginning, we are all awonder at these marvelous “results” of meditation and when they might appear.
