You were my lifeline during a year with cancer. I learn constantly from this site and will continue to read and grow as long as the site is there. Happy New Year.

I have Daily Zen on my Bookmark Bar. I check it each morning, and I've saved those messages that have touched me in special ways. It is one of the ways I keep myself grounded and help myself stay connected in a loving way through my day.

Daily Zen has become a regular part of my practice and, living in an area where very few are interested in meditation, it has really become a lifeline. Thank you for your "labor of love."

I look forward to The Daily Zen every morning and it's amazing how often the message is relevant to what's going on in my life at the time.

I live in Slovenia, a small country and the number of people interested in Buddhism is not great. So Daily Zen is for us important, not only in America; it is important all over the world.

Thank you.
I don't know about anyone else, but Daily Zen is my home page, so it is the first thing I see when I go to the computer in the morning

Yes, it really matters that Daily Zen is "here". It helps my Practice, every word of it.

I have enjoyed the Daily Zen. I do not currently belong to a Sangha, and the Daily Zen helps me bridge the gap between my daily practice and the Buddhist community.

There are times I forget who or why I am, and the mindfulness I should be practicing. When I am angry, I have forgotten my mindfulness; then I am sad, and I suffer until I can re-connect to that "mindfulness." That’s where Daily Zen always come back to me to "re-set" my life.
Keep ringing that bell!!
